A4CEF project Presentation in Cyprus

The A4CEF partners in Cyprus held the last project’s dissemination event in Nicosia on the 16th of June 2023. The event brought together around twenty attendees from industry – cloud service providers and governmental organisations such as the Cyprus Organisation for Standardisation and others.

The presentations provided during the event covered the importance of certifications for all stakeholders involved certifications including vendors and regulators. These presentations also highlighted the roles of certification stakeholders in the context of EU cybersecurity certification framework, focusing on the role of NCCAs and the learnings from the A4CEF project.

The project’s results highlighted the opportunities in relation to setting up the EUCS certification scheme and the increased awareness of EUCS requirements from Cloud Service Providers but also the gaps in rolling out such a certification scheme.
